Fridley Civic Campus

Fridley Civic Campus was a very unique project for Technical Waterproofing Solutions.  The lower foundation of the new campus was going to be designed in the water table.  The designed system installed was a dual waterproofing application consisting of a bentonite layer and COOLGUARD MPK 60 mil Elvaloy (KEE) membrane from Cooley.  This material is installed by thermal fusion and induction welding.  These systems combined make an excellent waterproofing system that can handle constant hydrostatic pressures.  TWS was able to work with the General Contractor to make this a successful project.
